Whether Expo Zone is not a tourist zone, I have chosen it because of ibis hotel which I knew is an economic and comfortable stay! And as I thought I was not disappointed, however I paid a little for an early check inn and however the Window of my room was too dirty. But the staff was friendly, the zone was safe, the access to bus was easy there is an Oxxo near the hotel and a pizzeria down, next door! The bed was really comfortable, the air conditioner was working well and the water was hot enough What do one ask in an economic stay? I love the idea of Spotify Playlist they offered on the card key holder! I’m still listening to it constantly however I’ve left Guadalajara! Tnx to management team and please do something for dirty dusty windows. Cheers!

I have been using IBIS in almost all my trips but this one was unique. I know the quality and price are the best IBIS has but in this occasion the customer service from Front Desk, waiter and house keeping was unique. Very professional. I need to mention the excellent assistance we rteceived from Jesus Ortiz waiter and room service. Very polite, professional and helpful. His English is VERY good. He deserves to be in Front Desk. This was a really funny hotel experience for me. I arrived with a number of friends and the front desk just checked my reservation, took a credit card for incidentals and turned their cheek to the number of people I had in the room. I really really appreciated that. Trust is a helpful part of any transaction and the front desk seemed to not be interested in making it more difficult for us to just bed down and call it a night. I would absolutely come back because the location was great and very affordable, walking distance or a short drive to some cheap and tasty bar districts. Thanks Ibis!

Clean hotel, but placed far from alternatives of restaurants or other kind of commerce. This is serious because the restaurante is poor in options, specially when the restaurante is closed and you have very few oprions of snack. The breakfast is really lack of options
