Dear ASLI B., We deeply regret that we did not provide any birthday recognition or complimentary offerings upon your arrival. Please accept our apologies for this oversight, as it is our intention to ensure all guests feel valued and celebrated. Regarding your reservation, we apologize for any confusion caused by the request for payment prior to arrival. This is certainly not the standard procedure, and we will review this with our team to prevent such issues in the future. Additionally, we regret that some amenities such as towels, conditioner, and slippers were not up to your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
