Slecht eerlijk gezegd we hebben 2 kamers gebeoekt maar een kamer konden we logeren die andere kamer stonk zo erg ze hebben later gewisselt maar geen verschil was een vreselijke geur dat kinderen niet konden slapen slecht nooit meer!!

Ontbijt en zwembad was prima.

After checking your reservation details, we can confirm that your check-in was completed at 10:40 AM, well before the standard check-in time of 2:00 PM. As a courtesy, our staff offered you an early check-in, hoping to make your arrival more comfortable after your journey. We regret that the initial room assigned was not yet ready; however, just 5 minutes after the issue was reported, it was immediately replaced with another room on the same floor, to minimize the inconvenience. We’re glad to know that the other services met your expectations. It’s unfortunate that a gesture meant to be appreciated — such as granting access to your room over 3 hours in advance — was perceived as a source of discomfort and reflected so heavily in your overall rating. We stayed two nights with family in the hotel to visit Venice. The hotel was very easy to reach by car from the highway. It has a private parking with sufficient free spaces and option for charging. Entrace and rooms have modern look, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the tickets for Venice (these are for free because we stayed in the hotel) and bustickets (15 minutes walking, 20 min. by bus). The breakfast has enough choices. A big plus for us was the swimming pool. In the surroundings of the hotel we did not find many options for dinner. Fortunately, the dinner in the hotel was fine.

De executive kamer viel tegen. Badkamer met bad ipv inloop douche. Lastig voor ouderen. Douche gordijnen zijn onhygiënisch. Badkamers had waterschade. Koffie apparaat was niet schoon. Koffiehuis waren oud.
