De hotelkamer was oké, maar zou er niet snel weer verblijven. Het was wel heel fijn dat er een zwembad was vanwege the hitte. Alleen de airco in de kamer werkte niet, het was meer een ventilator dat veel geluid maakte. Ook viel de stroom even uit en bleef dit 15 min zo. Het ontbijt zou ik overslaan. Het was niet te eten.

Goed gelegen, zeer gevarieerd en lekker ontbijt, ruime slaapkamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Georgia in het restaurant, de heer aan de bar en de dames aan de receptie waren zeer vriendelijk. De kamers waren wat gedateerd, maar vormden geen beletsel voor een aangenaam verblijf. Het bed kon beter. Jammer dat we moesten betalen voor de parking, maar dat hoorde erbij.

We werden niet laaiend V. het hotel, het hotel is wat gedateerd. Door de aanwezigheid V. hele busladingen was er veel lawaai, weinig te eten en overbelast personeel.

De lokatie is prima, eenvoudig te vinden direct na de autoroute en toch in een rustige omgeving aan de rand van een park. Het centrum is makkelijk bereikbaar met lijn 4, die op de hoek van de straat stopt. Prima! De kamer was goed te noemen, fijn bed, goede complete badkamer, maar wel alles enigszins gedateerd. Goede parking en garage. Het restaurant is aan te bevelen. Prima en attente service. In en out checken zoals gebruikelijk.

Interieur zeer verouderd en ongezellig. Ongezellig tuin met vies zwembad en stuk meubilair. Restaurant zeer ongezellig en verouderd meubilair. Dankzij de slechte revieuws lekker buiten de deur gegeten. Ontbijt buffet zeer karig ( zijn we niet gewend bij Novotel) Receptie personeel waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Slecht hotel. We merkte later dat er bewaters op onze kamer waren. Heel erg jeuk en rode plekken. Eten was weinig keus. En veelste weinig personeel.

Hotel viel wat tegen voor wat we hadden verwacht van Novotel. Kamers gedateerd. In restaurant geen a la carte toen wij wilden dineren op vrijdagavond. Alleen een karig buffet. Absoluut niet wat je verwacht in Italie.

I booked the wrong date - I booked July 27 but I meant to bbook August 27. When I contacted the hotel, they did not respond. I would like to re-book but I was wondering if I could at least have a discount given that I already paid for a room which was not occupied.
