Don't belive the bad reviews. The hotel it spotlessly clean. The staff are are all lovely. We've had a lovely time here. Its €17 to Barcelona in an uber. You can also walk into the town centre t takes you 20 mins max. It's stunning and so cheap. I'd come here again and recommend to anyone. The staff are not rude maybe the guests are rude themselves because they've been nothing but polite and helpful to us.

We arrived at the hotel , and were told to “just wait” whilst other families got checked in before us. Don’t be confused by the pictures - there are a total of 8-9 sun loungers which are practically always taken. Food times for lunch are between 2-4pm??? You aren’t allowed food or drink by the pool so if you fancy a drink by the pool - you can’t. The maid doesn’t come until around 4pm. We had been out all day - came back - still rooms not made so just had to put the sign on the door saying not to come as we were having showers now. The drinks are so expensive around €3-4 for a can of juice. and €26 euro for 2 cocktails. The food is served with CRISPS and not potato fries which i paid €14 for with a burger. The air con in the room doesn’t work at all - the dial shows it is working but i guarantee it wasn’t. The ice cream is also €4 each. I went to the bar twice in total and each time i’ve been told to wait by the bartender as they do something else. this happened both times - with 2 different bar staff. The Hotel is in the middle of no where and if you’re going here just for a place to stay - it’s around €24 uber into central barcelona. There are some good things to take away from the hotel - but nothing constitutes all the negatives. The room was lovely and very clean - however all channels are in spanish on the TV - thank god they had youtube. The maid is the best part of the hotel the times she came before we came back from barcelona - the room was emaculate. however , this hotel is NOT 4 stars. 2 at a push.

The overall experience was disappointing. Staff appeared uninterested and unapproachable, often acting like they didn’t want to be there or deal with guests’ concerns. There was very little friendliness, and any issues brought up were met with indifference. It felt like doing the bare minimum was the standard. As a guest, it’s frustrating to feel like your presence is a burden rather than welcomed. Given the service, I regret spending my money here, it would have been better used elsewhere.

Very basic hotel in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was very limited and average in quality. The room was boiling hot and the air conditioning control didn’t seem to work. The last night, I couldn’t bear it any more and slept with the window open and had to contend the noise from the nearby highway. The shower was great and room was roomy and well appointed. Reasonably priced. I am not sure this is a 4* hotel. Didn’t feel like it.

It has all amenities for a day or two night stays. I have chosen this hotel for a late night checkin and cost effective reason as we had to drive to another location around Barcelona next day. It fulfilled the reason we booked for and we had a spacious room for the night. Everything required for a family was in the room. The lady on the reception was bit grumpy and seemed not liking kids around. felt a bit harsh when she objected for kids to sun around and when touched some objects unintentionally. Otherwise good for a overnight stay,.
