Great hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was good. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, waffle maker was a bonus for children. Supermarket and food outlets nearby. Buses and trains on doorstep. Parking under the hotel was convenient.

Service is 5* quick and friendly check in. Great for what you pay for, cheap overnight stay in a convenient area. Rooms clean and spacious, little welcome present of tictacs and haribo was a nice touch. Beds were comfy, spacious bathroom. Also a little gift of check out again very friendly staff on check out.

This is to say 'thank you' to two persons at Ibis Stuttgart Centrum, at Marienplatz - Evangelia Doulgeraki (I am not sure I've got the spelling right) and Andric Davorin. We stayed in this hotel from 22 April to 25 April 2025, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to Andric, and specially to Evangelia. They were two very friendly souls who made us feel totally at home. There were times when we would sit with Evangelia over mugs of coffee, and talk about home, family and friends, our journey, etc, just like a bunch of friends, not as hotel guests with staff. The warmth that both shared with us will be remembered for a long time, and we hope that they have a lot of joy and happiness in their lives. Thank you Evangelia and Andric! Good budget location on the outskirts of the city, accessible to cafes and restaurants. Very clean Hotel overall, with friendly staff. Room was as expected, with TV and en-suite. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. Breakfast available in Hotel at extra cost. Great public transportation options available from this location. Easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Basic but clean room. Good breakfast. What tainted our stay was the attitude of a male member of staff at reception who shouted at me, for no reason at all, when I was going to give him my reservation document. He had an unpleasant, impatient manner. Fortunately, all the other members of staff we met were very welcoming and helpful. Perhaps it would be a good idea to avoid putting people with unstable behaviour in contact with the guests.
