Got exactly what I booked: a quite and clean room. The hotel is in a good location with all kinds of public transportation right next door and several restaurants, cafés and stores nearby. Staff was friendly as well, so I was satisfied and can reccommend this hotel.

Good hotel, not ideal for small babies.

Stayed here for a few nights durig the 2024 Hafengeburtstag - room was good, though the hotel could not provide a cot for us (the fold-down bed was not ideal for a 20-month-old baby, as it does not have walls). Also, there are no sockets for charging a phone near the bed, which is inconvenient. Aside from that, we had a great stay. Good staff, nice bar and beer, clean room, comfortable bed.

5 Min walk to S1 and U1 line. Located in a very quite area, near shops, and restaurants. Breakfast has too many different options and is very tasty. The reception was friendly and helpful. Next time I will stay here again.

Very nice hotel, used as a stopover from Denmark to Holland. Hotel has a parking garage under the hotel 12 Euro a night. Hotel misses a restaurant, could only offer Pizza. not much choice outside of hotel except for middle Eastern restaurants. Hotel offers adapted rooms for mobility restricted guests, be aware that all these rooms are single rooms not double rooms

The doors bang a lot if not closed carefully, so forget a lie-in. Breakfast was chaotic, only one coffee machine with long queues, not enough cups, and not enough glasses for the juice. When asking for a glass (in German) I got a "not very nice" reply, so I would book without breakfast and get one in one of the many bakeries you find everywhere in Germany with excellent German bread and good coffee at a third of the price, without queuing. Stayed here before, last time it was better.....
