They are extremely accommodating! Had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff is very nice and helpful. Mayara especially was super helpful during my stay. Would come back!

A hotel that really looked after us

This is a lovely hotel right in the middle of Cusco and walking distance from all the local attractions. It is maybe 200m from the main plaza. It has an amazing inner courtyard where you can take meals (there is also a restaurant). Our room was great, no noise issues. The staff were outstanding. In the restaurant Mayara R. really looked after us. I have celiac disease but she catered to the issue with enthusiasm. Jean Carlo also made sure that taxis, bags and just about anything else was made very easy. Finally, the woman on the desk, whose name I do not have was outstanding. I had a problem with flights and she helped me get to the right person in the airline on her own phone (mine would not work). She then spoke to the airline to make sure there no language issues when discussing my issue. She was just great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Staff members are super good, especially Gianella. Family of seven stayed two times in this hotel during our Peru trip

Everything was amazing!! Ronaldo at the front desk was very Kind and helpfull, he give us a lot of information about the City and the most important places, also he explain us about the history of the hotel. And in the restaurant Mauricio and Mayara give us and excellent service Experience 10/10!!! Highly recommended

A Night at the Table

We arrived at the dining room of the Novotel Hotel in Cusco very late on November 15, 2025, just as the restaurant was preparing to close, yet the head waitstaff and team welcomed our party of four without the slightest hint of rushing. They quickly set a table for us and introduced the menu with genuine warmth. We ordered two seven‑course dinners and were able to savor them at a relaxed pace for nearly two hours. The head waitstaff thoughtfully explained each dish—its ingredients, preparation, and the best way to appreciate its flavors. The exceptional service, high‑quality ingredients, and beautiful presentation elevated the entire experience. After we finished, the chef came out to greet us, adding a personal touch that made an already memorable dinner truly flawless. Many thanks to Ramiro, Yerson and Neils.
