Breakfast buffet was amazing. Great variety for vegetarians. We didn't realize our tour decided to leave earlier. When the guide came, hotel staff called our room to let us know. We were given 15 minutes to come to the entrance. Hotel staff packed a breakfast in a box for us. We are so thankful we stayed at Novotel Cusco. Dinner at hotel was delicious and convenient.

Stayed for 3 days. Staff lacked warmth and energy. The central atrium was nice but cold in the evening for dinner. The shower frustratingly ran hot and cold and the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine. The whole stay was poor value for money.

It was a perfect location and service for pre-Inca and post-Inca trail. The staff are very courteous, and aptly prepared for the visits. The atrium and munia tea were a great welcome every time we passed by.

Loved the infrastructure. The room is as comfortable as it can be, and noise free *which is a great quality in Cusco. Bathrooms could be better, lightning could improve, and bathtub is great but in such a small space could hardly be a relaxing spa time. Amazing location, great service, the kindest staff members in charge of reservation, front door, reception and room service. Had no breakfast so can't comment on that very important part of a usual stay.
