Great hotel in a very good area

Our second trip to the wonderful city of Seville. Our first stay was near the Cathedral, this time we stayed further out at the Novotel, we were not disappointed. Check in was good by friendly staff, our room was very spacious, very clean, plenty of storage for our 5 night stay, bathroom was also spacious. We both enjoyed our breakfasts for the quality and choice of food on offer. The breakfast staff were very friendly and good at keeping items re-stocked and the breakfast tables clean and tidy. We always enjoyed a final drink of the evening in the hotel bar area, once again very clean, comfy seating area, very friendly efficient staff. We also dined in the hotel restaurant on the Friday night which we both enjoyed. The hotel is next to Seville football ground at the end of the tram line. The area was great, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close by. There is also the large Spanish department store and shopping centre. We walked to the Cathedral the first day, and walked back following the tram route, it took 20-30 minutes. We also bought a bus and tram travel pass to use during the rest of our stay.

The hotel is ok. Location is good. Breakfast is not good at all and crowded. The pool, avoit it. Too full and not clean at all. The attention to Accor members was not existent. It’s ok not to get upgraded but some sort of attention to members would be nice. Service staff was friendly and value for money ok.

Unfortunately, we were unable to offer you an upgrade to a room superior to yours because they were already occupied. Endülüs başkenti Sevillada konumu çok iyi olan bir otel. Stadyuma ve alışveriş merkezlerine çok yanındadır. Otelde çalışan personeller gayet anlayışlı ve problem çözme yeteneği yüksektir. Kahvaltısı oldukça zengin, hijyen açısından oldukça iyidir, oda temizliği gayet güzeldir. Güzel bir tatil gezisi olmasına katkı sağlayan otel personellerin teşekkür ederim. Gezginler tavsiye ederim.

Very nice hotel. Beautifully located close to a metro station where you can easily get into the city. Friendly reception. Spacious room with nice bathroom and view of the football stadium. A notable asset is the swimming pool and bar on top of the roof. Breakfast: nothing to complain about. Price quality ok. Parking under hotel.

Eski binada giriş ve resepsiyon karşılaması ve bilgilendirmesi zayıf, pahalı bir otopark hizmeti ve yine pahalı bir kahvaltı ücreti vardı. Diğer otel fiyatlarının üzerinde hizmet ücreti vardı.
