Dear Tamara, Thank you very much for your very good and detailed comments. Especially towards our staff which will be very pleased to hear from you. We regret the incident with the microwave. It is true that you can not heat outside food in them by internal regulations, they are for use only for our breakfast products. It is for health reasons that it is forbidden to heat outdoor products. We would be sanctioned as an establishment if we allowed it. And it is something that we have to apply to all customers in the same way, even if there are no other people to see it, if it is not allowed, it cannot be done. I am sorry if this has caused discomfort or if we have not explained ourselves correctly. We apologise for this and we are looking into the matter as the hotel has been renovated less than a year ago and we have changed all the bed and bath linen and it should not be in the condition you have described.
