2 gecelik bi konaklama yaptım.Konum olarak çok iyi.Otel personeli çok yardımsever ve yardımcı.302 numaralı odada konakladım.Duş başlığının takıldığı aparat hasarlı bu nedenle duş başlığı yamuk bir şekilde duruyor duş alırken rahatsız edici.Temizlik genel olarak otel klasmanına göre yeterli düzeyde.Fiyat olarak rakipsiz.Banyo çöpü ve havlular ertesi gün değiştirildi.Wifi kulanmak istiyenler için güzel çekiyor ve hızı ideal.

No invoice with details provided to the hotel May 21, 2025. That was over 3 months ago. Ghosted by local team, dodged by Accor customer "care". Writing now to top management in France, hoping they will resolve this. 420 euros of damage so far.

We spent only one night at hotel Ibis waiting for our flight from Barcelona. This two star hotel was ok for a short stay. The beds were comfortable but the bathrooms small and more like the bathrooms on a boat. Very basic. The brekfast was good. Everything we needed. The girls in the reception were friendly and did a good job.

You usually can’t go wrong with an Ibis, and this one was no exception. It was a bit on the older side, but super comfortable in a great location. The staff was really friendly, and there were shops and restaurants nearby. I would stay again, definitely.

Great value for money

Very nice, clean and spacious room, equipped with all the basic stuff you'd need. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I especially want to praise the two workers who were there in the afternoon shifts, very helpful and friendly. Bus station that takes you to central Barcelona as well as the airport is very close to the hotel, and there are direct lines which is the main reason we booked it. Also, plenty supermarkets and a shopping mall right next to the hotel have made groceries much easier. Would come back. In the evenings it can get a bit loud with traffic outside, so if you're a light sleeper I recommend bringing earplugs. Also, I didn't mind it too much, but a guy in the morning didn't allow us to use the microwave for 30 seconds, just to warm up a pastry, saying it's for people who have breakfast only. While I would understand if we were disrupting anyone, there were barely any people there at the moment and it was not being used, so I don't see why it would be a problem. It didn't affect my opinion of the hotel, but it just didn't make much sense.

It is true that you can not heat outside food in them by internal regulations, they are for use only for our breakfast products. It is for health reasons that it is forbidden to heat outdoor products. We would be sanctioned as an establishment if we allowed it. And it is something that we have to apply to all customers in the same way, even if there are no other people to see it, if it is not allowed, it cannot be done. I am sorry if this has caused discomfort or if we have not explained ourselves correctly.
