管理混乱 前台不听解释 不看我手上的订单就认为我们没有早餐 我订的是包含早餐的 最过分的就是随便从我信用卡扣款 如果做了预授权 我不知情 没人提起预授权 这个简直跟偷一样

Please allow me to clarify the situation regarding the breakfast and the payment. After reviewing your case, I can confirm that the amount held on your card as a standard pre-authorization was fully released almost three weeks ago. Pre-authorizations are temporary holds, not charges, but I completely understand how concerning this can feel if the process is not clearly explained at the moment of check-in. For that, please accept my sincere apology. I am also very sorry for the misunderstanding during breakfast. You absolutely should not feel rushed or unheard, and your comments have been shared with both our front office and restaurant teams so we can prevent such situations in the future. Great hotel close to tram line that takes you all over city, rooms nice large and spotlessly clean, service was really good snd a nice touch was they left some sweets and a bottle of wine on the room set put lovely as it was my partners birthday

Repeat stay,hotel newly decorated and looks nice.There garage is ok even for larger car.Check in and out professional but as silver member no bottle of water just a carafe and note to go to galigan fountain by elevator.As negative point is a height of a bathtub,sorry for old people trying to get in and out. Misleading Amenity - Disappointed

For Business travelers - Here is a thing that needs serious improvement if Novotel is calling it an amenity. The iron room! As a business traveler, i prefer to book hotels with Iron facility. This hotel has an iron room on the 6th floor - the problem, the iron stand is meant for kids clothing, and there is no feature in the iron room to either hang the clothes you have ironed or at least a table of sorts where you can place the clothes. As a result, take one piece of cloth, iron it, get back to the room and then take the next one. Coz the iron stand is so small it can only accommodate a handkerchief after you place the iron on it. Day 1 of my 2 weeklong stay, I am really disappointed, and I am considering changing the hotel. I tried to speak to the front desk, but the gentleman said - I fail to understand the problem, an insensitive response from someone in the hospitality industry.

Warm friendly hotel, a walk from old centre

Clean friendly international hotel with small but well appointed swimming pool and sauna for guests. Breakfast described as continental but generous including freshly cooked eggs and bacon, waffles, pancakes as well as many pastries fruits cereals etc. Bit misleading to name it Wenceslas - it’s about 10 mins walk from W Square. We had a family room for 4 - it was tiny but clean and warm.
