We were booked into this hotel as part of a tour so didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be very satisfactory. Our room was clean, bathroom very modern with good shower and WHB. There was a breakfast room downstairs with a good choice of cereals and hot items. Coffee was good. Staff were on hand if we needed anything.

Visited Ypres for Remembrance weekend . literally a two minute walk to main square and Menin Gate. Quiet hotel, very modern , great rooms. Sarah fantastic in getting our phone couriered back to us . Thank you Sarah you’ve been so very helpful

When we first arrived we found Jana at reception to be excellent. She's polite, attentive, informative and eager to please her customers. We came to see the Last Post ceremony at Menin Gate and Jana recommended that we not wait til 8pm & she was right. We arrived at 7 and people were already there! However, thanks to Jana's recommendation, we went to a Cafe beside Menin Gate for a quick bite beforehand and were able to attend the ceremony without being hungry. And we had a delicious dinner afterwards thanks to her recommendations. 5/5 stars to Jana. And the excellent service continued the next day with Genevieve & colleague (I didn't get her name) who helped us get in touch with our tour guide and figure out how to pay for our parking outside! The breakfasts were everything we could ask for. We highly recommend the Novotel leper Centrum Flanders Fields.

We stayed at Novatel , Ypres last week , it is situated just off of the main sqaure in Ypres, the reception staff are very friendly, polite & welcoming, the hotel is clean, modern & well laid out, the rooms are spacious & clean, breakfast was very good with a wide variety of cooked food, cereals, fruit & pastries. It is my 3rd visit to Ypres & i would have no hesitation in looking to stay here again.

Delightful stay. Given 5 stars based on location and staff attitude. We didn't have breakfast but rather wandered out to the Saturday morning market. Rooms are reminiscent of a Premier Inn in the UK - clean, functional. Staff were a delight. We parked at the Church square. 2 EURO whole visit
