On arrival I discovered my organisation hadn’t booked my room, Caitlan was super helpful in sorting this out for me. Julie was amazing in helping with the event, friendly and supportive throughout the day, keeping our refreshments topped up. Thank you so much for your support folks.

Daytime disruption from undisclosed renovations

The hotel failed to mention renovations in advance and ensured notifications were only in places you see after checking in such as in lifts. Noise was very disruptive to work. Staff offered a room change if available, but with a large conference on there were none. Transparency should have been better.

Just got back from this hotel and could not fault it Rooms were very clean with all the Amenities you need . Bar and restaurant where both well run and the bar man was very helpful food was lovely at a good price . Only thing I notice was the carpets need a good clean .

Good hotel with friendly staff. A base for food delivery cyclists.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Lift situation into the basement (car park) could be a bit of a nuisance at times, but we were grateful to have secured a space. Room was basic and carpet had seen better days. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom dated with mould/sludge having accumulated between the fixed bath screen and the bath. Otherwise, clean. Carpets in the hallway and stairs weren’t in the best condition and were possibly untidy due to ongoing maintenance work (which we were not inconvenienced by). Location was good for us and served its purpose. Breakfast okay, staff helpful again. Hotel seems to be being used as a base for several individuals who work for various food delivery services eg Uber Eats.
