My husband and I visited Siem Reap for my birthday. We were recommended to go to Sofitel Restaurant by our friends and it was absolutely marvelous! From the moment we arrived at the entrance, staffs knew our names which made us feel very welcome. When we got to the gastronomic restaurant, the executive director named Run welcomed us to the priviate room where you can see the open kitchen that staffs were preparing the best French cuisine for us. We chose 5 courses menu and every plates were so delicious which we highly recommend. And at the end, we were very much surprised that all the staffs came to throw me birthday wishes with special cake that we didnt expect at all. What a surprise! The overall service we received through out the evening was exceptional that you cannot experience anywhere else. We both were deeply touched by their kind and professional gestures and we will definitely come to stay in Sofitel on our next trip to Siem Reap. Thank you all Sofitel team, you made my day!

Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra (Siem Reap), 4 nts. Wow! We’ve been fortunate to travel lots and experience world class service. But the service levels here are absolutely phenomenal. Just to say a few congratulations: Lou-Anne & Davorn you made our stay! The best possible representatives of the Sofitel anywhere across the world (rising stars for sure). Salom on concierge, excelled even before we arrived and sorted out tours for us. The real stand out was that everyone in the team were outstanding not just a few, from housekeeping, breakfast, pool, reception, hotel driver, spa and the club. Thank you Mr Ken you lead a great team. The people and customer experience made it, but it’s only fair that I reference the great food and quality of set up the hotel has too. Sorry, this is the most gushing review I’ve ever done, as the hotel team deserve the recognition. I run a business with lots of people, and I recognise the focus this takes. Lastly, we are first time visitors to Cambodia. What a warm and lovely time we’ve had everywhere. Highly recommend!!

The Sofitel in Siem Reap was just superb!!! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we felt like VIPs. The staff were just incredible. Really welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception and concierge staff provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The room and facilities were all first class. The breakfast was fantastic. Everything fresh and delicious. The grounds were completely stunning. We were sad to leave! Hope to return to Cambodia someday and wouldn’t stay anywhere other than the Sofitel! Absolutely top notch on every level!!!

We had an incredible time at the Sofitel in Angkor. Lulu was so friendly and personal. Saran RET was always there and always helpful. Khemara was an amazing concierge. Great home base to go visit Angkor Wat. Would highly recommend to everyone!
