It’s a budget hotel so against realistic expectations it is absolutely fine. Nothing especially outstanding but equally nothing wrong or missing. The location is out of the city close to an industrial area on a main road. As a consequence it’d be awkward to stay here unless you have a car. The car park is secure and large enough (no charge) and the hotel rooms, whilst on the small side, are adequate. The one aspect I wish they’d offer is coffee/tea making in the room; instead you have to use a vending machine in the entrance lobby. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast was great (unlimited) and served in a light and airy part of the hotel. Just be aware, you only get one pillow so for some this may make your night’s sleep a bit uncomfortable. However, the bed itself is pretty comfortable.

Stayed four nights internet is kaput or that is what staff says worked intermittently Fire alarm went off families outside for over two hours manager always claimed everything was outside her control Air conditioner broke during stay When issues brought up to manager she became very rude had to go to another hotel. McDonald’s next door for better service Manager could accomplish more by being nice I use to like this chain Too bad

We stayed for one night to break up our 8 hour drive. We got a friendly welcome from the receptionist who had good English. Room was clean and comfortable if a little too hot. It’s a short drive to the motorway and there ware plenty of restaurants nearby. It was just what we needed.

A perfectly adequate Ibis Budget with the usual small, basic but adequate room. Breakfast room is small - we ate late, so this was no problem, but it could be difficult for a family at an earlier hour.

Perfect stopover while traveling from Portugal to England. Stayed 3 nights to see the beautiful area of Poitou and Loire. Ibis is the only place I am sure my little dog is welcome so I usually go whenever I travel .
