Stayed here twice and both times there were problems with laundry service. This time it took three days and repeated complaints to get it done. And they still tried to charge me more than six times the actual fee. I had to fetch my laundry copy from the wastebin in my room to get them to correct it.

as expected, good service, breakfast reasonable, bathroom bad, hall good, dinner good, room noisy door, place with excellent parking, meeting the needs was working, nothing spectacular just the basics

Nice hotel, clean and simple.The Manager was very helpful and accommodating. She speaks English. Simple standard breakfast available everyday, we paid $7 per breakfast. Mostly the same everyday. Hair-dryer in bathroom. Bring your portable iron unless you plan to use laundry/ pressing services. Hotel does not provided bottled drinking water in rooms. Can buy water bottles at the 24 hr bar next to reception. Mini bar in rooms are left empty for ease of control. Small Refrigerator in room can be used for own food/ drinks. Overall good. No swimming pool or other facility, besides the restaurant.

I spent about a week here and fell in love with the staff. The room was ok...nothing special but also not bad. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful and worked with me even with my broken Portuguese.

Recently renovated rooms, worst bathroom ever

Rooms seem to be renovated, walls are recently painted, looks are okay. Unfortunately the bathroom had insufficient water pressure. The shower was not up to the Ibis standard and the toilet didn't flush properly. The next morning I found out that the toilet tank was leaking water. This was the 2nd time I stayed at Ibis Paulinia and probably the last. I regret I didn't check all these things when I got into the room because I was in a hurry. Even though it was my fault for not reporting these problems on the spot, Ibis chain is getting me upset. Do I have to check everything when I check in as if I were in a cheap hotel? Ibis prices are skyrocketing but the standard is getting lower! Not the first time I get a problematic bathroom in Ibis chain!
