The wonderful hotel, nice location very magical view on the lake, the atmosphere is very nice, the green area is large, the cafe on the lake is very good, the menu and prices is good, the staff are polit the Breakfast variety is large and the staff are always smiling

The Hotel is fantastic,The Cafe on the lake is very beautiful and the menu is good and the price is fair , the staff are helpful,the Breakfast buffet is good and the staff of Bar very helpful and friendly,also the location of the hotel very nice,

It was an awesome wedding night. My cousin invited me to his daughter wedding. Ate Mercure Ismailia the location is excellent, it was a garden sea front. The food is very good. Atmosphere and vibes are magic. Special thanks to Mr. Romany the F&B manager he made a huge effort for our party. Romany is a kind man

Amazing service, the accommodation is very clean and comfortable, the landscape their is outstanding and one of the best gestures there is the view of the lake and of couse the clean and fresh air. Definitely worth it and highly recommend it for family and friends short trips!
