It was a fantastic experience, special thanks to Mrs. Lamies, she is a wonderful person, our daughter loves her, thanks to Mrs. Silvia, she is very cheerful and friendly, thanks to Mr. Ahmed in the Cafe, very helpful, and take a very good care of my family, I can not forget mr. Mahmoud at the swimming pool he is very friendly, he always take a good care of my daughter. Last but not least, mr. Hany during the breakfast was very friendly and always asks for the feedback.

Our experience at the hotel exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. We were warmly welcomed by Lamis at the reception, whose professionalism and friendly approach immediately made us feel at ease. She efficiently handled our check-in and provided us with a detailed overview of the hotel’s facilities, including leisure areas and dining options. She also took the time to highlight kid-friendly choices, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and had all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
