Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island a lovely Hotel is located in an excellent location, overlooking the Suez Canal Extremely clean & comfortable and very beautiful view. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everywhere you go you will be welcomed by the staff. I would like to thank Mr.Ibrahim AlSewefi , the reservation manager, for his professional methods .Mr.Elswefi is a live example for a successful manager. I really appreciated his positive attitude. When I arrived to the hotel Mr. AlSewefi met me and my wife at the front desk , We felt like we were treated as a value guest. On the the other hand, I would like to thank all of the front desk staff for their outstanding performance . Furthermore,I would like to thank the restaurant staff especially chef Mohen for his nice treats . The breakfast was very good,many varieties and delicious foods Because Mercure hotel’s staff I would definetely recommend Mercure Ismailia hotel .It's not the first time I stayed in Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island, but I will definitely come back in the future. Amazing service, the accommodation is very clean and comfortable, the landscape their is outstanding and one of the best gestures there is the view of the lake and of couse the clean and fresh air. Definitely worth it and highly recommend it for family and friends short trips!
