We are especially sorry about the air conditioning and the uncomfortable room temperature. Your stay coincided with an exceptional heatwave in Hungary, with temperatures reaching around 40°C, creating extraordinary circumstances for cooling systems. Hotel Bien ubicado, buen desayuno. Aire acondicionado nulo. En concreto la habitación 305 un horror, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, noches durmiendo a 25 grados de temperatura, la limpieza de la habitación en 6 días nula, solo reemplaban toallas. Nos quejamos el segundo día del calor y nos dijeron que era así temperatura a 25 grados. Que la solución podía ser poner un pequeño ventilador que ya teníamos. El tercer día mandé una queja al email del hotel y ninguna respuesta. Toda la semana durmiendo más o menos a 25 grados. La última tarde subió una persona de recepcion y comprobó que la habitación estaba a 27 grados, haz algún en el termostato pero esa última noche la temperatura en la habitación similar no bajo de 25 grados. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación nula en los 6 días, solo cambiaban las toallas y un día nos quejamos en recepción, vino a la tarde la mujer de la limpieza y limpio algo el lavabo, no más en toda la semana. Conclusión una semana de vacaciones que por la noche cuando tenemos que descansar dormíamos a 25 grados en la habitación. Solo algún día que hizo tormenta y se levantó aire en la calle pudimos abrir las ventanas y bajar algo la temperatura a 24 grados.

Hotel muy bien situado, bastante céntrico, lo que permitía ir andando a muchos puntos de interés de la ciudad. También tiene cerca paradas de autobús y metro que están muy bien conectadas. La habitación era pequeña, pero tenía lo esencial para una estancia corta. Era silenciosa y la decoración bastante original. El desayuno tipo buffet muy rico, variado y los camareros muy atentos reponiendo continuamente las bandejas vacías. Buena relación calidad-precio. Cómo aspecto negativo a destacar: eché en falta una neverita en la habitación, y la limpieza diaria en la habitación era un poco superficial.

Hubieron varias cosas que no nos gustaron, el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones solo consistía en vaciar las papeleras, ni cambiaron toallas, la cama no estaba hecha, etc. Además, una de las noches a las 3:15 am llegaron un grupo de personas borrachas que se alojaron en mi planta del hotel y estuvieron una hora chillando, corriendo por los pasillos, pegando portazos, poniendo música, etc mande un mensaje a los del hostal para que hicieran algo y no se obtuvo respuesta.

Es mi segunda ocasión en el Ibis Styles Budapest Center y por algo repetí. Muy céntrico, lo cerca de la estación de trenes, Metro y tranvías es fantástico, y el tamaño de los cuartos es bastante bueno. El desayuno muy bueno en sus opciones y horarios. Una experiencia nefasta, me hicieron pagar el hotel 2 veces, estaba pagado en avanzado y tuve que pagarlo de nuevo, me dijeron que me lo abonarían pero llevo esperando 1 sin que nadie me pueda aclarar o reembolsar. Es inaceptable, no pienso recomendar nunca un hotel de este tipo me han dejado sin dinero y con una experiencia nefasta.
