Dear Mehmet, Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your comments regarding the single beds' size. Unfortunately, the dimensions of the beds are standard and cannot be modified. For a more spacious experience, I suggest considering our Superior double rooms or suites during your next visit, which offer larger beds. Kalmış olduğum odanın tuvaleti ve duş u son derecede temiz ve kullanılır durumda idi. Ayriyeten odada bulunan çay ve kahve de güzeldi, kısaca memnun kaldığımı ve bir daha yolum düşerse ilk tercihim olacak çok güzel ve başarılı konaklama yeri, personel ise yardımsever ve son derecede kibar ve naziklerdi.

Trying to overcharg

Me as a regular customer was asked to pay 210€ per night. In the past I always slept here for 100€ or less. Right after me asking the reason for this rate they lowered it to 160€. I will never stay in the hotel again. Great example how to destroy long term relationship.
