What a lovely hotel in a perfect location. I stayed in a privilege room and had four floor to ceiling windows that all opened and had a little balcony on one side. Soundproof though when closed. The rooom was very large and comfortable. If I ever come back to Lyon, which I hope to do, I will stay here again.

Our room was large, bright and nearly perfect (shower stall needed some tweaking, e.g. grab bars) -- excellent friendly service, great location for business, restaurants, transportation, etc.

This hotel was a find! Perfectly situated within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Lyon, close to shopping, cafes and historic sites. Our room was immaculate, the service top-notch. We could not have chosen a better location to experience some of the charms of Lyon.

Great Location Book a Privilege Double room

Stayed here for 2 nights . We booked a Privilege Double Room room bed was very comfortable and we opened the windows and looked out over the Fontaine des Jacobins while drinking wine one warm summer evening at the start of our 2 week vacation. What was good about this hotel was its location its close just about everything. Its only a short walk to the pedestrian bridge over to old town and all the wonderful restaurants. and a short walk to Place Bellecour and the tourist office where we were picked up for our French wine tour.

We had a delightful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating and did everything to make our stay pleasant and convenient. They made or confirmed dinner reservations and gave excellent directions to places and to public transportation. We cannot recommend this property enough!
