wij hadden 2 kamers naast elkaar met tussendeuren. De tussendeuren klemden en gingen alleen met veel moeite open. ook was er een lamp defect op de badkamer. Het technische onderhoud is matig. De Beierse kamers zijn inmiddels behoorlijk gedateerd en vertonen gebreken.

Hotel Mercure is een zeer gezellig hotel: er is een ruime parking, uitgebreid ontbijt, prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en een heerlijke wellness ruimte. De kamers zijn ook netjes :) Zeker een aanrader!

The room was clean, as was the linen. Dinner and breakfast were satisfactory, too. However, there was a problem with understaffing. Only one member of staff was responsible for all check-in/check-out procedures and parking matters. After walking for 25 minutes from the station, I had to wait another 15 minutes to check in, which was tiring. In the restaurant, there were only two members of staff in the dining room. I had to wait to place my order. The staff looked very tired. If there had been one more person at reception and in the restaurant, the situation would have improved, as would customer satisfaction.

Ik vond het helaas niet super. Maar ook niet slecht. Er waren erg veel gasten, en niet al te veel receptiepersoneel, waardoor er lange rijen stonden v. mensen die wilden inchecken of iets anders wilden. Ook het ontbijtrestaurant was door de drukte een nare ervaring. (Om 10 uur bleek het wel rustig). De kamer was goed, met heel veel bergruimte, en ik was tevreden over het uitzicht op de Zugspitze. Er is een fout in mijn nadeel gemaakt met de administratie v. de Go Green Skip The Clean, en die wordt achteraf niet hersteld.
