Mieux gérer l'arrivée d'un car. Quand on arrive avec son épouse et son enfant de 4 ans au Mercure, on ne devrait pas se "bagarrer" pour faire un check in welcome à se frayer un chemin parmis 40-50 personnes à l'entrée de l'hôtel qui viennent d'arriver en car.... très dommageable pour l'accueil Le dessous du lit pliable remplis de crasses... Le service au restaurant pourrait être un peu plus subtil Sinon bien situé Piscine encore sympa

Un bel hôtel , piscine fraîche.un beau buffet petit déjeuner,un personnel vraiment charmant le jeune homme avec une petite couette est très serviable et souriant. Chambre agréable,grande. Le très jeune homme de l accueil lui n est pas souriant et ne fait pas d effort pour comprendre ni l anglais ni le français... Le reste du personnel est parfait. Un bon séjour .

C’est toujours un plaisir de séjourner dans votre hôtel à Garmisch-Partenkirchen. L’hôtel est confortable, idéalement situé et le personnel est aux petits soins. La literie est très confortable et le petit-déjeuner est généreux. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

L'hôtel et bien situé, mais la chambre pas super top malgré une suite, l'accueil par une personne en particulier le soir pas très adapté ni au standing ni au fait que je sois un grand consommateur d'hôtels du groupe Accor. Je n'aime pas exiger, j'aime que l'on propose surtout lorsque c'est légitime et pas impossible...
