Dear Fabio D. M. R. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the breakfast service organization and the transportation arrangements made prior to your arrival. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter confusion at reception and changes to your travel plans. At the time of your stay, we were accommodating a large group from a private company, which contributed to the high volume of guests during breakfast service. While this provides some context for the busy atmosphere, we understand that this affected your overall experience and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the transportation arrangements, we acknowledge the miscommunication surrounding the booking. However, as the alternative vehicle rental and related costs were arranged independently, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse the additional expenses incurred. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where communication and service coordination can be improved, and we thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
