It´s the 4th time I´ve stayed at Ibis Sorocaba. Every time, it has been excelent, particularly the team. Everybody is efficient, sympathetic, attentive. The installations are Ibis-standard: clean, comfortable, large bed. I love the fact that they accept pets but this time I didn´t take mine but my sister did. This time I´ve tried more itens on menu; they´re OK in price/quality.

Convinient location, close to city center, near to shopping. Service was good, front desk attentive and fast. Breakfast was ok. Only problem was my room being facing the highway, it was possible to hear the noise of cars. A double glazing could better insulate the noise.

Ibis is a guaranteed buy - You always know what you are going to get and, rest assured, you will! This hotel is particularly well located, close to a major mall and opening right on the city's main throuroughfare. The restaurant is good.

The hotel IBIS Sorocaba met my expectations for a business trip: your room was always clean and your bed was very comfortable. It offered a good breakfast and had good options for those who wanted to eat at lunch or dinner. Their staff were attentive and very solicitous. In addition, the hotel is located close to major vehicular avenues.

Don't waste your money.

We paid R$180/night, for a hotel without breakfast (R$19, if you wanna have it), paid parking (R$13/per day), swimming pool or gym. Our bathroom was leaking water, there was no face towels, no room service. These are superfluous ammenities, but something you wait for when you pay this amount.
