This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had that. I am a globe trotter who travels passionately across the globe. I heard about Sofitel and tried it in Philadelphia as we currently resident in Delaware. The check in was smooth and everything was okay…. But not until we found a dirty sock under the drawer…. The front desk associate, Tom (Staff number 4814101) sent someone to vacuum it and seems that it would suffice… No!!!!!!!!! No same person will stay in a room preoccupied with a freaking dirty sock…. Next Ton, the associate arranged us in worse room (812 instead of 814 lacking a comfort couch) as a resolution. I’m not sure what is going on but hey, here is the hospitality of the hotel. Don’t bother staying here as they do not care about their customers. First time tried it, will not do it again and will let all my people know what to avoid in Philly. Just one edit to this review. Julian at the front desk is super collegiate and he fixed everything for us. Whatever damage Tom did was fixed by Julian. Just a glimpse of hope for this hotel.

Bon jour! I wanted to write my review after I stayed three different times in one month. My first visit Christopher upgraded me to a suite and made sure that I had an operating refrigerator for my medicine. Upon the first check in , I met the manager Adam who gave me his personal email. Everything was exactly as promised and exceeded my expectations. The 2nd visit I reached out to Adam (the manager). He was prompt and again exceeded my expectations. The 3rd visit was like clock work .. perfection. I have included photos of both my rooms. The stay today was a Thanksgiving 3 day stay. We did not eat in the hotel. We ate at Parc restaurant around the corner. I highly suggest a visit to the many Steven Starr Restaurants in the area. Also, Pietros for Pizza. I have included photos of the liberty mall across the street. This hotel smells fresh from the moment you walk in.. Ramsey and Anais are welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They also follow up on special requests. Bo is top notch at valet and Abiyu. Valet is $57 and tax $13 per night with in and out privileges (attached photo of valet area). I did get a $22 a night credit. I used that at the bar with Mark (the bartender). On the second night he cane out from the bar to see us and suggested a nice wine for me. All of the names mentioned should get recognition for a job well done. I would recommend this hotel for service.. cleanliness.. location .. price value is incredible for the location. Rittenhouse area.. all the shops..dining.. everything is walkable. Rittenhouse is residential as well. It is a very wealthy area with every convenience in a 4 block radius. Thank you again for keeping a tip notch visit each and every time!

An excellent localization, great room size, breakfast delicious however the concierge service failed and I left 4 Amazon boxes behind in the front desk.

Comfortable, clean and great service, so it is everything you want. Larger room had plenty of space for remote work. Good location with everything needed within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
