We arrive and other friends of ours on the same trip advise to find another hotel if possible, how bad can it really be! Our party booked 2 twin rooms with singles beds, we end up with doubles because of an error, so we are given an extra sheet, the hotel blames booking.com, so we go up to the room (in a very wobbly lift) the rooms and bathrooms are dirty with used towels and awful smelling rooms. Maybe get a quick bite to eat of others grabs a toasty and its frozen in the middle! The surrounding area doesn't seem that safe, we walked in to Arles and the walk was not the most pleasant, we grabbed a lift back even though it was only 10 minutes. This hotel has put me off ever selecting an Ibis again. The staff are pretty useless, young lad was on his own i blame the management. we stayed here with 75 other guests and not one person had anything good to say about it. Very disappointed....

Rubbish at side of approach road awful. The room was listed as having a double bed and a sofa bed. Reality was a double against the wall on one side, and a trundle bed. Tiny and scruffy bathroom. Dangerous for my husband and myself in our 70s to have to clamber in and out of the bath. Was told all rooms for PRM were taken. Shower would not work properly, bath and plug neither. 3 hangers for 2 people staying 2 nights. Reception said not possible to give us more until tomorrow. No kettle or Nespresso in room, no frigo either. And expensive. Very very disappointed.

Dirty inside and outside of the property. Avoid if possible!

The hotel is in an isolated area at the edge of Arles. 30 minutes walk from the station. The walk is on until you get close to the hotel which is is next to a really rough and sketchy neighborhood (the kind you see in movies where people sell and buy drugs). There is trash everywhere! On the side of the road and in the entrance and driveway of the hotel. We were in room 107? Which was small and dirty. The cleaning staff in this hotel need some serious training. We requested and left a note to change the sheets which they didn’t do and when we complained to the front desk a lady came to change them visibly angry and with an unprofessional attitude. Advise: do your job well once so you don’t have to comeback to fix it! Breakfast was equally a disaster: dirty plates, bus loads of tourists and very few good options with the food. Not with staying here. This is a roadside hotel that bills itself as being in Arles proper but it is not. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in France! I am going to ask for a partial refund.

Very dirty rooms, stained sheets, peeling paint, leaking shower, running water sound all night, very limited breakfast in crowded room, overall terrible. Arles is a lovely town, do come to visit but don’t stay in this hotel, it was horrible. You have to walk 20 minutes along a very busy road and could get hit by a car.

In 1 word … Pass - really a big Oass . do yourself a favor .. this Hotel has to be 1 of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in . The attitude of the restauranter has to be the rudest ever … A very old & tired Hotel .. Little food available on the menu . Found a street food van in the car park .. amazing pizza 🍕 🥰
