Heureusement que le personnel est très gentil souriant et chaleureux, cela relève le niveau de cet hôtel vraiment très très moyen. literie médiocre et inconfortable au possible. La télé qui s'allume toute seule au milieu de la nuit. Aucune insonorisation. Des moisissures dans la douche, pas de savon à main, pas de tapis pour sortir de la douche, la douchette pleine de calcaire l'eau sort à peine. De fortes odeurs de tabac dans la chambre : très désagréable. Un petit déjeuner basique où il y a très peu de choix et rapidement plus de quantité. Ibis budget, qu'on paie finalement cher pour ce que c'est. Nécessite une vraie rénovation.

À notre arrivée, il nous a été demandé le règlement (chambre + petits-déjeuners). Nous n'avions jamais connu cela avant dans tous les hôtels fréquentés. Un fois dans la chambre : - Surprise d'entendre très distinctement tout ce qui ce passe dans le lit de la chambre voisine (je passe les détails) ! - La VMC est plus que très bruyante. - La salle de bain a besoin d'un bon coup de rafraichissement. Bref, au bout de 20 minutes à subir le partage sonore des voisins, nous quittâmes cet hôtel, abandonnant chambre et futurs petits-déjeuners, et continuèrent notre route pour retrouver notre lit, en plein nuit et sous la pluie, 500 km plus loin ! Nous nous souviendrons de Thiers.

There was no control for the air conditioning unit. The coffee and drinks machine in the entrace-way was out of order. There was no towel,mat for the floor in the shower. The fan in the bathroom did not work The atmosphere was musty and smoky, there was an ashtray on the table. The room was shabby and grubby. The linen was rough and the pillow lumpy and need replacing Breakfast was good. I have stayed with Accor many times - they are my choice hotel for France, but will avoid at Budgets in future

We stayed in this „hotel“ for 3 nights. The service was very impolite, they didn‘t speak any English at the reception. The rooms were not really clean, especially the bathroom. The so called „breakfast“ was absolutely insufficient and this does not deserve the word breakfast. All in all, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to!

We have stayed in many Ibis hotels across france and were shocked at the low standard in this one. My fault maybe, for asking for a ground floor room as the lift wasnt working. Basic is an understatement. Breakfast was served without plates, a buffet with very little choice, The bar was closed and that for nearly 80 euro a night. The manager did bring my husband a beer to our room as compensation for no bar, which was a nice gesture.
