I guess this is a good example of you get what you pay for. I didn’t pay a lot, but I actually did expect a little bit better. Breakfast wasn’t bad as it turned out. The hotel is quite soulless. I was able to store my bike in my room, which was a positive .

After many and many adventures through every kind of hotels in France, my statement is that i ever come back just to one of them, the Cavaillon's Ibis Budget. If i ask to me why, at the beginning don't know what to say; but after some meditation i find the right word: I feel at home. Nothing special, except for the wonderful dining room with his perfect jungle so well grown and maintained. But the atmosphere is the opposite of all the Ibis Budget I have experienced. There is a presence, a care about every little detail, a warm sense of guesting. In a word I feel at home ...

Stayed here recently, it was a mistake as we thought we booked in the ibis cavaillon, not budget. Honestly the room stank of smoke, I thought it was European law that hotel rooms were non smoking but not. The air con was non existent and the choice was between melting in the room or opening the window direct on to a tree and get the wildlife and traffic noise in. The floor looked like it was replaced some time in the 1970s. One good thing - the pressure in the shower was great even though the shower head was fixed at about 5 feet which is no good to me. I’d definitely avoid!

We had chosen this budget hotel for its perfect location to explore the Luberon national park and the Provencial countryside. Our biggest complaint is the air condition. There was a little ac vent over the door which you wouldn't know if it was working or not on a hat July night. The only help came from a free standing fan. Continental breakfast was very basic. Would not recommend. The receptionist, who also was in charge of stacking the breakfast buffet not only was not helpful but seemed bothered by the guests' presence.
