Lovely rooms , but don’t bother with the food and nowhere nearby to eat nearby … , tried to find another place to eat but kfc which don’t serve legs or thighs in France then Chinese which we walked out of , tried hotel food but only had tapas , tacos stale and tasteless, bao buns not sure then have even seen a real one , grilled veg , cold and tasteless…

Everything you can expect from a Novotel, situated in a good place. But they really need to find a solution to the busses getting stuck...

Let's start with positive things - nice, secured, free parking with plenty of spaces. Hotel exterior is very pretty, with nice garden with the pool. Interior of the hotel and the restaurant is also very nice and quirky, full of interesting details. Staff at the reception is very polite. Now negative - rooms should be renovated as soon as possible! Bed is not comfortable and nor is the pillow. Old rugs and curtains. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Even at 8:30AM they had no eggs left! No eggs at all, with an excuse that they don't have any eggs because there was a lot of guests. Staff at the breakfast is super unpolite. Location is bad, in the middle of nowhere and far, far, far away from Avignon. We wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We stayed here en route back to Calais after two weeks motoring around northern Italy. Secure parking is important for us and this was plentiful here as with most Accor hotels. We had visited Avignon before so this was a stopover so we could have one last afternoon of sunbathing by the pool. We checked in before our room was ready but enjoyed the clean, well ai trained pool and were provided with towels. The sun beds were basic and the one broken deckchair should really be removed! The room proved to be standard clean, comfortable, air conditioned, if slightly dated, Novotel style. The real exception here is the restaurant which was packed with locals for both lunch and dinner. We had a fabulous dinner for a reasonable price.

Stayed here several times and always very happy with it. The rooms are comfortable, the bar/restaurant area is very nice, and the pool is great. You need a car, and it’s not in a picturesque location (although great for travelling around the area), but once you get through the doors it has a charming atmosphere. We usually skip hotel breakfast but this one is worth the money. Staff always friendly and helpful. Easy, free car parking. We will no doubt be back in the future.
