Katastrophe - obwohl ordnungsgemäß gebucht war ein später Check-In nicht möglich. Auch telefonisch keine Erreichbarkeit. Die Eingangstüre stand ungesichert offen, Toiletten komplett verdreckt + kein Verantwortlicher vor Ort. Auch im Nachgang zur Klärung des Sachverhaltes keine Antwort auf unsere Fragen erhalten. Für diesen Service ist der Preis von 89 € alles andere als günstig. Noch ist ungeklärt ob wir auf den Kosten sitzen bleiben.... wir mussten auf alle Fälle die Nacht zwangsweise im Auto verbringen (wie andere auch...)

Katastrophe! Ankunft um 0:45 Uhr. Trotz bestätigtem Online-Check-In funktionierte der Check-In Automat nicht. Bei der Notrufnummer meldete sich dir Voice Mail. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte um Rückruf, erfolgte kein Rückruf. Wir mussten im Auto übernachten, mit anschliessenden Rückenschmerzen.

Quarto sujo, Wc sujo, chão sujo, mesas no pequeno almoço sujas, manifestamente muita falta de limpeza. Interruptores das camas Não funcionam, a pior experiência de sempre. Nenhum Íbis budget que estive anteriormente era semelhante coisa. Avoid avoid avoid

O local com um todo é limpo, organizado, check-in em menos de 5 minutos, opção de café da manhã por €6,90. Quarto padrão, não entrega luxo mas tem tudo que voce precisa. Estacionamento um pouco mais limitado mas bom e gratuito. Ótimo custo benefício.

hotel padrão ibis mundial dispensa maiores comentários.ficamos neste pela dificuldade de hotel em augsburg. local tranquilo com 2 supermercados em frente fizemos ótimas compras. cuidado com horário da recepção, pois não funciona 24 horas.você tem que fazer check-in nas máquinas automáticas e é bem complicado.
