We stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and tidy. Beds really comfy. Reception staff very helpful. We used the self check in machine each day. You need your booking reference and you pay using the machine. It prints out your door code. This changes each day as you re book in. Used the tram into Rouen. Reception has a map. Really easy to use. The tram has a ticket machine which you tap to pay. We didn’t pay for breakfast although it looked nice. There is a bakery over the road.. Had a wonderful 2 days.

This was the second stopover stay at Ibis on my journey north. I stayed at Saintes and then Petit Quevilly and both were good experiences. However in addition to the correct bills for these stqys Ibis also charged my credit card for a stay at Ibis La Rochelle for 67.30 EUR. A hotel I have not booked or stayed at. I do not store my credit card on the Ibis site and despite several email conversations this payment error has not been rectified and I have not received an explanation with regard to data security.

Stopped for the night and spent a long time, as did others, trying to find somewhere 'safe' to eat/drink. It's a bit of a no-mans-land, industrial estate type place where you have no idea where to go to do what/get food, and noone to advise as it's the most basic of basics. On the plus side, the toilet had a flush lever this time - well done IBIS!

Budget get away to Rouen

Good location, close to main roads and public transport to Rouen city-centre. Free parking for hotel guests. Friendly staff, allowing us to check-in earlier. Clean rooms. Recommended for one-night stay.

Clean and functional but v hot - no air con

Whilst the hotel is clean and functional there is no air conditioning so it was very hot. There is a disco or function room nearby which was v loud and was not conducive to a good nights sleep. Breakfast is simple and standard fare - if you are gluten free or want specific cereals then bring your own. Staff were polite and helpful. I’d stay in the autumn/winter but not again in summer.

Hi, You put this review on the wrong hotel. Our air conditioning has never been broken and we do not have a disco near the hotel. Thank you for putting this review on the correct hotel.
