Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to write to us following your stay at ibis budget Fréjus Saint-Raphaël Capitou A8. We are sorry that the service and delivery did not live up to your expectations, and we ask you to accept our sincerest apologies. Be assured that the necessary measures have been implemented to improve the quality of services mentioned. We have actually had a problem with air conditioning this past few days and we are sorry for this problem. Know that it is now repaired after several interventions of our technicians, since 1 week.
