In fact, we are fortunate to have a wonderful location in front of the sea, which allows our guests to experience a unique stay "on the edge of the sea", with direct access to the beach and the entire seafront, which makes our guests, including you, happy. In addition, we are lucky to have a hotel built on the sea offering a unique and exceptional panorama with beautiful private terraces to enjoy throughout the year! Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we wish your experience had been more enjoyable, your feedback and impressions are very important to us, as they help us improve our services on a daily basis. The satisfaction of our guests is our priority, but apparently we didn't succeed this time. The hotel was fully booked, and despite our efforts to prepare the rooms in good time, unforeseen events such as the delay in the departure of the previous guest may have disrupted our schedule. This is not an excuse, but we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to avoid this kind of situation in the future. Although we would have preferred your experience to be more enjoyable, your comments and impressions are very important to us, as they help us improve our services on a daily basis. The satisfaction of our guests is our priority, but apparently we didn't succeed this time. In addition, even if it does not excuse us in any way, I must tell you that we have just strengthened the teams for the season with new people at the reception and in fact, our "processes" are not yet assimilated and effective. I can assure you that we are doing everything we can to bring you the great experience that we are known for. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Indeed, the beach prices in English have not been updated on our site, thank you for warning us. However, you can find displays of this service in the hotel. To answer the point you raise, this service is paid as in all 4* hotels on the French Riviera. Of course, as a hotel guest you benefit from a preferential rate in high and low season. Nevertheless, we are lucky to benefit from an exceptional location "on the edge of the sea" which allows you, if you prefer, to sit on the side of the public beach and then enjoy the swimming pool and the beach with free access. If you give us the opportunity to regain your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to provide you with the great experience that our guests look forward to every day at Pullman Cannes Mandelieu.
