Isolation extérieure bonne mais intérieure à revoir, nous pouvons entendre la conversation des voisins. Petit déjeuner rapport qualité prix correct Sanitaires et douches communes propres

This is a very basic hotel (bottom of the Accor range). 5/5 for location to the stadium which was our prime purpose but the hotel prices have been inflated ! The hotel room was clean but the facilities (toilets & shower cubicles) are shared near the stair well. The place has a basic student feel and at “normal” prices is probably value for money but at the inflated rates is very substandard. Quite run down outside and next to a petrol station. Rooms had a bed and sink only; no air conditioning. Room is well insulated but if you open the window it is too noisy from the road and hotel guests congregating outside.

It's cheap and next to the football stadium, so it has transport links and a 5 minute walk from the stadium which is exactly what we needed after a late derby day kick off. The bed was really comfortable and to be honest, at the cheap price, it is very much worth it. The shared bathroom facilities were well maintained as was the room. Check-in is an issue, you have the option to say online when you expect to arrive so they can email your room codes etc, which we tried. However we never received our code and had to wait for a receptionist to turn up which was a bit inconvenient. After the match we tried the code again for the front door and it didn't work, someone let us in. If your door code doesn't work and there is no one around, who knows what you do. Overall an alright cheap place to stay, it has issues but for the price they aren't bad enough to not stay there.

The reception was very good, very friendly. I had to change my plans and this was taken into account and confirmed with a personal email. The room is basic but clean, I had to ask for a plastic glass but this was provided. With a hotel this inexpensive, men should be required to take a piss test before they are allowed to use the facilities. One cannot expect cleaning service to clean up after every irresponsible guest.. The wifi was a disaster. Did not work for me and I think Accor could seriously look into a simpler registration system or better coverage. The location is great - no noise on my side of the hotel of the motorway nearby. In fact, the brook running through the garden was what I heard all night.. Generally, you get what you pay for. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend a cheap, basic overnight stay here.

Visited the hotel during the EURO 2016 and could not find a better hotel than this. It is 5 minutes walak to the stadium so the location is amazing. It is a very budget "hotel" but serves the purpose. Lady at the reception was very funny and helpful (even though she speaks no English). Room is clean but I did not dare to shower inthe morning. Value for money for sure.
