Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I assure you that the Parking is secure and the door was not broken, it was simply new and in the process of being installed. For breakfasts either they are included in the reservation or to be paid in addition on the spot. Tourist taxes are never paid in advance because they are due only in case of stay and payable at reception. Indeed, the brand has made the responsible and ecological choice by encouraging our customers to use their own towels and, if necessary, the customer can buy their towel for €3 on site.
