INPARDONNABLE réservez depuis mars 2025 pour une nuit pour cause de proximité du Zénith de Nantes ,on devait aller voir un concert à pied .... Le jour J on arrive et un individu africain nous revoit devant la porte en nous indiquant que l'hôtel n'existe plus (!) ,, bon suis pas un Bisounours je lui fait remarquer qu'il y a toujours l'enseigne et quelques voitures sur le parking , il finit par dire que l'hôtel est réservé aux migrants ... Je proteste de ne pas avoir été prévenu , il nous dit de voir sur le site ACCOR pour nous faire rembourser (!) j'espère que cela sera bien effectué ..... Bref nous avons pris un autre hôtel beaucoup plus cher mais presque soulagé car en voyant les avis du F1 , on aurait jamais dû réserver !! Saleté, odeur de cigarette et surtout punaise de lit !!! Mesdames messieurs il faut fuir tous les hôtels à bas prix qui sont squattés tout l'hiver par des migrants qui rendent les lieux insalubres !!!

À notre arrivée, une forte odeur de fumée régnait dans l'hôtel. La chambre semblait propre au premier coup d'œil, mais après une rapide vérification, nous avons découvert un vieux carton, des papiers et même un short oublié sous le lit. La nuit a été tout simplement invivable. L’hôtel semble servir d’hébergement d’urgence, et le manque de respect est total : cris à 3h du matin, fenêtres grandes ouvertes, portes qui claquent… et aucune intervention du personnel. Mais le pire restait à venir : vers 3h du matin, nous avons découvert des punaises de lit contre le mur ! Nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits… nous sommes partis dès la première, à 3h30 du matin, et avons fini la nuit dans notre voiture. Cet établissement est une véritable honte pour le groupe Accor. À fuir absolument.

Staying as a couple for 1 night with an early start. The manager was great. He booked us in at the external check in and the room was ready at 14:30. The bed sheets were spotlessly clean and the hotel was also fresh smelling and reasonably decorated. The other guests were workers, but very considerate and there was NO smoking in the building at all. The breakfast was adequate for the small price and available from 06:30. free parking was close to the bedrooms and well-lit. No complaints at all. All anti-Covid rules were adhered to.

Awful dirty hotel, full of immigrants! Not even worth 38€ per night! The one in St Malo a lot better but this Nantes one was terrible, they had people climbing through the windows and leaving the coded door on ajar to let others stay in there rooms! Afraid car might have been broken into. There are better hotels around. That night on the way back we stayed at Bruz if your heading back up north, nice hotel in Pont-reàn called the Grande Hotel €79 for family room so much better!

A nightmare experience. Never again.

One of my worst experiences in a hotel in France. I knew this is a low budget accomodation, but I did not expect to find a stinking room. I could not keep the window open because of a group of at least 12 people making noise and loud music right outside of my window til midnight. People staying in the corridor in front of my room and talking loud on the phone. I did not take a shower because of the state I found it. The light in the WC would turn off automatically once I was in and trying to use it! One WC out of three was functioning. NO TOWELS in the room and nobody there to ask where towels could be found. The sink inside the room needed a good cleaning. Sleeping in the car would have been a better option. NEVER AGAIN
