Dear Heiko, We are pleased to read that you appreciated the breakfast and the service provided by our team. Regarding the room size, our double rooms measure approximately 17 m² on average. This information is also indicated on our various booking platforms and in the pre-stay mail. We are, somewhat surprised by the terms used to describe the room “dilapidated”, “unsanitary” and “very uncomfortable”, which seem particularly strong to us. Concerning your comments about cleanliness, we would be grateful if you could contact us directly at le… with more details about the issues you encountered. This would allow us to investigate the matter with our housekeeping manager. Regarding the lifts, we did experience some temporary lift outages during your stay. These were, of course, beyond our control, and our teams took the necessary steps to have them repaired as quickly as possible. Our priority remains the safety of our guests.
