酒店很不错，暖气很足，早餐很丰盛，行政酒廊也很好，还使用了计算机打印了一些资料。酒店服务也很好，夜床服务也不错，有问题联系前台也给解决了。很不错的体验。

Absolutely wonderful! Antoine, the Guest Service Mgr went out of his way to ensure that our stay was excellent. It was wonderful to be able to speak in English and get recommendations of what to see and where to go. The room and food were great!

Отличный отель на 5 баллов. Очень отзывчивый персонал, сделали мне скидку на последующие 2 ночи. Лобби как в Опере, очень эргономично и впечатляюще. Менеджер Antony очень сильно помог при заселении, на следующий день менеджер Miaomiao забронировала мне тур в храм Шаолинь а также сделала бронь в музей. После, по моей просьбе показала и провела до ресторана местной кухни, я остался очень доволен сервисом. Также сам отель очень в хорошем состоянии, мебель и номера. Размер номера очень хороший, есть ванная, рабочий стол, интернет с хорошей скоростью. Если снова буду в Чженчжоу то обязательно остановлюсь тут снова!!!

Sofitel Zhengzhou is the best hotel I’ve ever visited. I will only stay here when in China. I would like to honor two employees with my highest praises. Yanik helped us so much with our many requests. He needs to be promoted to manager. Anthony greeted us to breakfast warmly every day. Everyone was extremely helpful and the hotel is fabulous. Thank you for the great stay.

Staff at the reception is amazing ( MiouMiou and others). Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet with both Chinese and European food. Good indoor swimming pool, good Chinese Restaurant. We stayed for 12 nights and will return for a longer stay in August.
