Bonjour Mr. R., Thank you for taking the time to share such direct feedback with us, and please accept our apologies that this stay fell so far short of what you have come to expect from the Sofitel brand, especially as a Diamond member. We appreciate you letting us know about the missing coffee machine and iron in the room, as well as the lack of daily refills for water and coffee, these are basic details we should be getting right every time, and we have shared this with our housekeeping team. We understand the coffee machine is available upon request, and we would be happy to have one arranged for your room from the moment you check in on your next stay. We also want to acknowledge your comments about check-out and the overall feel of the property. This is not the level of attentiveness or French touch we hold ourselves to, and we take that seriously. While we are pleased you found the hotel well located and the cleanliness excellent, we are truly sorry to read that the in-room setup did not meet your expectations, especially for a Junior Suite. We understand your disappointment regarding the absence of a kettle or coffee machine, as well as the amenity and minibar experience. Please know that kettles and coffee machines are available upon request, and our team would have been happy to deliver one promptly.
