Sofitel New York offers a great business travel experience. Location is great, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was always a enjoyable experience with Arian making sure you have all what you need. I will come back for sure.

New York is always special, but it’s even better when you get to stay somewhere truly excellent. Sofitel undoubtedly stands out for its outstanding hospitality and service. I’d like to give special recognition to Arian for the exceptional attention my family and I received. He’s the kind of team member who genuinely enjoys taking care of guests—warm, attentive, and an excellent communicator. Overall, the entire staff is clearly very well trained, but Arian is truly a standout and a great asset to the hotel. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable!

A wonderful stay with friendly and professional staff. I loved the new renovation with the beautiful art-deco design. I stayed for 3 nights, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. I also ate in the restaurant several times and was so impressed with the service provided by Arian. He took the time to check on my dinner, and when he discovered I couldn't eat the chick peas that came with my salmon, he exchanged them for delicious spinach. So thoughtful, and he made me feel special. Would stay here again. The only negative was the lack of coffee and tea in the rooms. However, when I called, they immediately brought a Keurig and a tea kettle, along with coffee capsules.
