Sofitel bietet andernsorts mehr, aber Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage ist top. Wehrmutstropfen waren: Die Ecksuite mit engem Terrassenzugang neben dem Bett entsprach nicht unseren Erwartung. Es war ein Apéro auf der Terrasse geplant, welcher wir wegen den engen Platzverhältnissen absagen mussten. Auch vernachlässigte das Hauskeeping das Auffüllen der Kaffeebar. Fazit: Als vierstern NYC Hotel ok. Als Sofitel Mehrfachbucher hätte ich aber mehr erwartet.

Der Aufenthalt war toll - das Haus ist frisch renoviert, die Zimmer sind für new Yorker Verhältnisse sehr großzügig dimensioniert. Die Charge von über 50€ täglich pro Zimmer ist jedoch absolut unerklärlich.
