Very clean hotel, staff polite & friendly, breakfast was ok nothing special and my room was cleaned every day. Location is good within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I was disappointed that in this hotel you cannot pay with the points of Accor loyalty program but Johnny at the reception was nice and helpful in guiding me through the customer service to get my stay credited. I would recommend the hotel but it definitely lack the feel of a 5 stars hotel comparing to other Sofitel

The service is of the highest standard - the hotel is absolutely stunning. When coming back from a busy day in the city the spa downstairs is waiting for you with a really nice and cool plunge pool. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast is the best in town. The charm of the decoration is really quite something. I only have good things to say about my stay there and certainly will be back when in Beirut. My trip was also in June 2024, so I was a bit nervous at first, after achieving my trip this seems a bit silly in hindsight...

El hotel tiene la mejor combinación del clasicismo francés en el lobby, bar y restaurant y salas de lectura. Paneles de madera y muebles de gran belleza. Hasta el ascensor refleja la historia del hotel. Hasta ahí. La habitación es amplia, moderna y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Pocos huéspedes así que el desayuno no era tipo buffet sino a la carta, con gran variedad. Buena ubicación. Muy recomendable.

Prima hotel in het centrum van Beirut. De staf is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ik heb hier voor zaken in Augustus 10 dagen verbleven. Ontbijtbuffet is prima en ook dineren was hier smakelijk. In het hotel is een fitness ruimte met een klein zwembad. Op loopafstand (5-10 minuten) ligt een vrij groot modern winkelcentrum met diverse restaurants.
