Every once in a while, you encounter customer service that completely changes the hotel experience. We had that kind of customer service from Tamara. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Tamara helped us with parking (we arrived with 2 exhausted young children, so were VERY grateful for the assistance) and also assisted us later with a noise issue. Top knotch customer service.

Reception excellent. Nice room overlooking river. The bar makes a good margarita. Pleasant dinner. Breakfast was buffet style - okay. Everything was as we would expect from a Novotel. It would be our fist choice if staying in Hamilton again.

Amazing hotel. Location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. Services are superb. This is the only hotel I stay at when in Hamilton!!

Great location, nice restaurant and food was reka (nice). Staff friendly. But having to use your card every time you use the restaurant or bar to have the membership discount applied? There has to be a better system.

stayed 1 nite. The service excellent the room excellent the bar excellent I could not fault anything. We stay here lots. Couldn't fault anything. Well done Novotel Tainui. Undercover parking good. Reasonable price.

Bed felt like it needed replacing, felt like staff were all inexperienced and needed training. Room we had was very noisy re street noise. However no issues with presentation and cleanliness of room .

I had 3 days in the Novotel Tainui and enjoyed them all. Staff all friendly & efficient. Room very nice although I do like to be able to open a window. - got a bit hot. Adequate gym. Hot tub was a bit scummy at the end of the day but the hotel was very busy.

Got a huge room that was so comfortable and felt so clean. I was booked in one night for work, and it was so comfortable that I paid for an extra day to just chill and relax after a long and tiring week. The staff were so accommodating. They managed to keep the same room for my new booking and took my bags up while I was attending my workshop. Really great place. Would definitely come back!

Room was nice and clean and had everything need. Checkin and express checkout was hassle free. The hotel must have been full though as there was no parking available at hotel, so it pays to request parking in advance.

I have been to your wonderful motel 3 times now and am pleasantly satisfied with your such great service , very helpful staff and upgraded units Upon arrival my wife was pleasantly greeted and was instantly recognized as a Platinum member and was personally greeted with minimal waiting , thank you to the front desk staff . Upon entering our unit was also pleasantly surprised with a welcoming greeting card with some nice personalised chocolates , thank you management for that thoughtfulness Will continue to use your service and my wife enjoys the great service and great motel

Great Hotel. Staff very efficient and friendly. Lovely room with very comfortable beds. Housekeeping staff very good with great attention to detail. Nothing was a problem. Valet parking service very efficient.

Lovely friendly staff,rooms nice & lovely & clean. They new it was my Birthday and left me a lovely chocolate surprise beautifully arranged on a oblong plate with a card from the staff.This was such a lovely thing for them to do and was trully appreciated.

I have had great stay at the Novotel Hamilton property. Check-in was swift and quick and whole process took me less than 5 mins. Room and lounge area was clean and tidy and social distancing was maintained throughout. Only issue I had with the parking spot and I have learned my lesson to book the parking well before I arrive at the hotel. Morning buffet was great and had lots of options. Would surely recommend to my family and friends.

The only issue this visit was they got our rooms wrong and had to wait 20 minutes to correct however we did check in early but had requested early check in via email. They did give us free drinks vouchers to compensate!

My colleague and I had a one night stay for business recently. We were treated exceptionally well. The food was excellent despite all the hassles with COVID restrictions. The only hiccup was a delay in getting room service breakfast, which was understandable in the circumstances.Over all a great stay.
