Don't stay here. The worst Ibis I have experienced. The room was on the ground floor next to the car park so it was necessary to keep the curtains closed at all times. The room was basic and smelly, minimal facilities, very uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was not worth the cost.

I am sorry you were so unhappy with your stay.

The family or couple next door to us were so loud all night. They were smoking outside banging on our door and shouting and swearing. Couldn’t get any sleep very disappointing stay. Mentioned to the hotel receptionist. She was very good and concerned. Think this family have caused trouble before

We are visiting a very poorly relative in the Derriford Hospital nearby. It is a very distressing time and the staff have been superb, nothing is too much trouble. First night was in a travelodge right by the hospital and although OK was very expensive and overbooked so found this hotel. Wow what a find, have had repeated visits down staying a couple of nights at a time. Have booked in through reception but website is also very good. Busy road nearby but not too noisy. Nice practical room, lovely comfy bed, nice shower. All you can eat Buffet breakfast from 6-10am at a good price of £11.50 which doesn't need to be pre-ordered, pay on morning. Check in at 3pm and out by Noon. Lovely meals in cafe area with comfy sofa area to sit while catching up with family not having to go back to rooms all the time. TV s and books. Also dogs welcomed with a basket of returnable toys. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect place for a one night stopover. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Room is small and basic. Most important factor was that the room was clean and we had a good night"s sleep. Rate was very affordable for a sropover while traveling to Cornwall.

Stayed here after a hiatus of 5 years due to covid and factors. Hotel has had a refresh and looks good, restaurant area is smart and inviting. Cooked breakfast is great, plenty of options and they even offer gluten free and soya milk at no extra cost. The rooms are smart and well presented, some drawers would be handy, but that’s only gripe I have, shower room is good size and hot water, and rooms are warm even in winter (the in room fan was most useful!) All staff are friendly but must say Tracie was above and beyond, very friendly and chatty. Dogs are allowed in rooms and plenty of walks nearby. River Plym behind OceanBMW is lovely. Plenty of parking and well presented. Will be booking again for next summer. Hotel located literally off the A38 at Leigham/Estover turn off, and easy to get to anywhere
