The Mercue Arc de Triomphe is in the best location literally down the street from this iconic structure. It is a quaint, refurbished building. The rooms are quite compact but in keeping with the building size. It has everything you need for a couple of days stay. We had breakfast included in our tariff and again not a huge spread but fresh, covering cereals, different breads, fruit, jam, yoghurt, juices, cheese, cold meats, salad, hot dishes of sausage, ham, tomato and beans; crepes, tea and coffee. Making it a great start to a day of exploring Paris. The reception was very helpful and spoke many languages. The housekeeping kept the room spotless. There have been some reviews mentioning the rumblings throughout the building from the underground Metro. This is true but if you are on a higher floor it can be overlooked for the convenience of the location for the Champs de Élysées , Arc de Triomphe and the Metro station.

Went here with my family. We are two adults and two kids, 8 and 11. We booked their family offer of two nearby rooms, where the two rooms have a shared door that we can lock with a keycard. Perfect that we could have the room doors open while still be closed off from the rest of the guest! We had breakfast, and it have a good selection. Probably could have some more variations in vegetables and fruit. The staff is welcoming and helpful. For us it was great with the location close to a lot of restaurants and to the metro. The rooms were clean and had effective A/C.

DO NOT STAY!!!! One of the worse hotels I have stayed in recently. It feels like there is an earth quake happening from the train underground, after I told the David checking in that I'd a quiet room. Our 25th anniversary trip and no welcome drink cake. When I asked to move rooms, they refused. No where near what you expect 4 star hotel. The noise is unbearable. The staff are unhelpful, no amenities in the bathroom, soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc. When I tried to speak to the woman Lesley, she was rude and did not want to assist in any way. After a long conversation she gave us one complimentary breakfast that was very poor too. It is not the usual Accor 4 star quality. Rooms are so small we could not fit our suitcases. No coffee machine in rooms. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to let me speak to her. I wrote to Accor and they passed my feedback back to the hotel and they still did not compensate.

Concerning the anniversary cake, we do provide this service on demand and upon availability, as it is not free of charge; and apparently you did not requested it before your arrival. In the bathroom you do have soap and shampoo, as it fixed on the wall, and the toothpaste is available on demand at the reception, which is open 24h for any request. I assure you that the staff is far from being unhelpful or rude, as on the contrary the reception upgraded you on a superior room. You were explained that the coffee machine is just on the privilège room, but we offered you coffee at the bar and you refused, asking for a 4 days free breakfast. We could not unfortunately fulfill your request as disproportionate. We apologize anyway for the overall situation and we hope to see you next time to prove you again the high quality of our standards. Best regards, Marianna - Deputy manager

Well hidden hotel, just far enough away from the tourism that you get your peace but also right in the heart of it all. Situated by the Arc De Triomphe, the hotel is perfect as a hub for a trip to Paris. We stayed 3 nights and were impressed by the hotel, a full cleaning service daily as well as complimentary water was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly, I didn’t even need to get names as all of the reception staff could be credited with their helpfulness, however the particular man who worked the night of the power cut was fantastic, even helped us with our breakfast as we had paid for the meal however our flight time had changed to be too soon Overall, amazing, would definitely return again

Avoid ground floor rooms with no view

Good location not bad breakfast. Worst view ( avoid the ground floor) no views. Good wifi. And some good restaurants around the hotel. If you need iron you have to borrow it from the front desk. Room was clean with not much amenities like coffee machine or slippers.
