Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your stay with us. We are sincerely sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. While we are pleased that you appreciated our pool, the view over the Atlantic Ocean, and the attentive service of our staff member by the pool, we regret that other aspects of your stay left you with a feeling of disappointment. Your feedback regarding the state of the building, common areas, and certain operational details has been carefully noted. We are delighted that you enjoyed the friendliness of our team and the quality of our breakfast buffet, as well as our unique location right by the ocean. We also take good note of your remarks regarding the style of the hotel and your expectations in terms of modernity. While our teams strive to maintain our facilities with care, we understand that the atmosphere and design may not have matched your preferences. As for the distance to the city center, many of our guests enjoy the tranquility of being slightly set apart while still being able to reach the heart of Biarritz in a short walk along the ocean promenade. Though we do recognize that the summer heat can make this feel longer.
