La persona que nos atendió en la llegada no fue amable ni agradable. Ninguno facilidad para nada ni tampoco agradable para atender a los clientes.No nos informó de nada. No del código de salida ni de las actividades del hotel no de ninguno de los servicios.

Nunca, en ningún país del mundo que he viajado, me han atendido de forma tan deficiente (ni en hoteles de una sola estrella). Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes pero el servicio con nosotros ha sido pésimo total, algo increíble.
